Step 1: You will need a glass container, a can of primer, a bag of some sorts, and a can of spray paint in the color of your choice. As you can see from the photo, I've been messing with paint lately! (Wedding decorations ;~)
Step 2: Set the container on a bag on a flat surface [outside is good, so the fumes won't be much of a bother] and begin to spray the primer in a side-to-side motion a few inches away, until you can no longer see the glass. Allow this to sit for a few minutes, then turn the glass and continue to spray until the container is completely covered in primer. Allow to completely dry until moving onto the next step.
Step 3: Do the same method mentioned in step 2, except this time you are spraying with the spray paint in the color of your choice (I used purple!) And now you have a chic container for about anything your heart desires! I even did a vase to show you all what you can do!

I love doing DIY with glass containers, so far I've found really pretty ones to store stationary and makeup brushes.
